About the “Pilgrimage of the Heart” Instructors

Combined Chessy Kelley and Heidi Kvasnak have over 20 years’ experience studying and teaching yoga. Although they have trained and studied with different teachers and philosophies, they both believe in the life affirming practice of yoga as a game changer in life. You will benefit from their varied experience by learning multiple ways to conduct a class and from their unique specialties: Chessy in vinyasa yoga and meditation, Heidi in yoga therapeutics and restorative yoga.

Chessy is famous for her infections laughter, genuine warmth, invigorating yoga classes and deep meditations, while Heidi, a yoga instructor & business owner since 2005, lives for the sounds students make when responding to a great cue, a big opening, a shared chant or a deeply restorative practice.
